I've already got a desktop PC, and at the current state it just looks trash.. the Case is from 2003, i've upgraded a few parts but still need to get a New CPU + More Ram, I'm thinking of getting the i7 2600k but i don't know which motherboard would fit it, i'd prefer one that supports ddr4 Ram and a link to a PC case that it would fit in.. if anyone can help me out i'd greatly appreciate it!

Mini Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 OC edition 2GB
I Have a stock Intel cooler laying around if that alright? (Current CPU: AMD II X4 960T + Arctic Alpine 64 PLUS - 100 Watt Low Noise CPU Cooler)
QUIET ARTIC BLUE 750W ATX PSU 8 PIN -MOLEX - PCI-E & 120mm BLUE FAN POWER SUPPLY
8GB DDR3 Ram
Also i don't want the case to be that expensive.. i just want Something nice and cheap if that's ok, anything is better than this case from 2003.

I didn't actually expect anyone to reply, thanks. :/

The parts i bought brand new to "Improve" the build that i had.. My mum bought the PC back in 2002 and we haven't used it since 2016, been slowly upgrading it ever since, i don't really have alot to spend considering i don't have a Job at the moment, but each month i could try and save up, could you link me a Motherboard for me that Supports the i7 2600k and my remaining parts fit in it? Thank you.

Just saying, i know my PSU is bad i will buy a new one when the motherboard arrives if you know which one i should get? i read about the PSU Classes or whatever they're called before and apparently mine is the Unsafest to use not knowing when the thing might blow up my house lol.
