Best PC case with USB 3.0 and SD Card Reader?

I will be building a PC soon, and since I do video editing, having a built in SD card reader would be preferable in a case. I would also like to have USB 3.0 for the increased speed and power. My question is, what is the cheapest case you can recommend that has decent cooling, USB 3.0, and a built in SD card reader? My max is about $70, although I may be willing to go a little bit over if it looks really nice or has outstanding features.

Note: I know I can buy an SD card reader and plug it in via USB, I just want it built in. No cases I know of will come with a reader like you want.
Plan on adding that reader or similar.
It fits into a standard 5.25" front bay.
What do you need to put in the case?
What is the size of your motherboard?
Pick a case that visually appeals to you.
Bust your budget if you need to.

Look at Silverstone, I think they make good M-ATX size cases.
Lian li, Antec, NZXT are other good ones too.
You will be looking at it for a long time.

Not very demanding space-wise, it should fit in almost any mid-tower ATX case.

I'm really happy with my Ultra Rogue M925. Its a full ATX but its got 2 usb 3.0, 2 usb 2.0, and a card.reader.built into the top of the case.
