Best PC configuration for Physics simulation (Houdini,thinking particle,Realflow,Fume fx, 3dsmax)

Currently i am student and i am studying
Fx... the real world physics simulation like in movie battleship, pacific rim.
But, problm is my pc
I have
Circle 830
asus h61m-k
8Gb ram kingstone
core i3 3220
Nvidia Gtx 970
1TB Seagate HDD
...
When ever i get into software it take hell alot of tym just to simulate one single frame...
Plz tell me Good Processor OR Computer Rig .
I can spend approx .50K INR (750$) on processor..
Help me!! I m really Frustrated..
