I am thinking to buy razer keyboards
But they have many models and I am confused to buy which one

It's all personal preference. My recommendation is going to an actual computer store and seeing if you can try typing on some keyboards that fit your budget. In my experience; Razer keyboards suck (personal preference). Also their version of mechanical key switches are terrible in comparison to Cherry MX switches. I can however recommend Corsair K70 keyboards with Cherry MX brown switches, personally I've found them to be great quality keyboards and the Brown switches are quieter mechanical keys.
