Best Pc part to upgrade for gaming

im about to upgrade 1 part in my pc to get better and more stable FPS in games i play like overwatch elderscrolls online ect. i would like to know the best part to upgrade to get that, im money limit on part upgrade is $200. Defintley the CPU, everything else in your build is looking sweet apart from that. Dual core really limits your potential to run newer games, I would buy a good quad core processor with a decent clock speed, maybe one of the new ryzen chips?

if i get a new cpu, i thought id better upgrade the motherboard since its a older 1150 socket but i have others tell me that the cpu is ok when overclocked and said just get a z board then over clock it to 4.2

It is an alright CPU, however it is nothing compared to some of the newer intel i5 and amd chips, I would still upgrade it

in overwatch i play on all low 1600x900 and get 40-50 fps with alot of dips into 20's
in Elderscolls online i play all low 1080p and variers ALOT never sable
and i wanna upgrade a part to get better fps in my games and a stable and steady fps. would be nice to get a good stable fps when gaming lol

If you do what I am saying, your pretty much guaranteed to get a better and more stable fps

Propably you should upgrade motherboard-cpu with the new gen..but i think you fps at the moment aren t right.:??:

since my motherboard is a 1150 socket im not sure what to upgrade my cpu to that would be good and under $200
