I'm just curious. If you made the fastest PC possible not worrying about the price what would it be. This isn't including the sound monitor or keyboard and mouse.

Well it would have a 4960x 64gb of 2400mhz ddr3 and 4 way 780ti's all on a heavily custom loop. Might as well take 4 ssds and put them in raid 0 while you're at it
