Best PC to play CS:GO casually

Hi guys just looking to buy a PC off ebay and just need it to be good enough to run CS:GO pretty well (around 300fps or whatever)

Looked up a couple and wondering the best out of this lot; looking to spend $200-400

The last one listed with the i5-2400 and Radeon HD5450 is the best of those 3. I can't tell you for sure how well it will run CS:GO but it is above the required specs.

The cpu from the last, I5-2400 is by far the strongest, and that is probably the most important thing.
The 5450 gpu is not the greatest, but it is also the strongest of the three.
More importantly, it is easier to upgrade a graphics card in the future than the cpu.
I see a 620w psu which would accommodate a much stronger graphics card.
