Best pc under 580$

Hi guys I'm making my Build again so i finalized these options let me know which one would be the best and will be future i might not be able to upgrade the main parts in coming 1-2 years at least
I will mainly going to use it for photo editing and gaining and little bit of animation and video editing

Is 1060 6gb found edition or 1060 evga which one would be better?

Don't you need a psu and case? Or you already have them? two GPUs are similar, check which has better clocked speed

In your case I would either wait until Jan where you can get the cheaper Intel B360 boards and use the saved money for better GPU or towards the better I5-8400 or get the Ryzen 1400 now.
