Best PCI powered GPU?

I would like a list of a few of the best options for GPU's that are powered by the mobo. Have an older system that I am doing a few cheap upgrades on and would like to see what I can get without getting a new PSU in order to have external power GPU's.

Currently have a 300w basic PSU in the system but have another basic 500w from another system that I can put into it.

I want PCI powered graphics. Not external powered. Otherwise I would already know what I'd be looking for.

Worst to best, but still relevant as gaming GPU to some degree. Any worse than these, doesn't even worth a dime for the purpose.

HD4670, HD5570, HD6670, HD7730 & HD7750(or equivalent rebrands), GTX750 & GTX750Ti and few models of GTX950 also does not require any additional power pin to operate(however, the reference does).

But for 300watt PSU with unknown quality, the best options among those is the GTX750Ti.

The Asus 950 75w version. The new 1050/1050 Ti should take the crown for this when its released.

the rx 460 is pci power (some models ) about 500w im not sure

thanks for all of your feedback. I think I'll end up grabbing a 750 ti. I found an MSI 2GB one for $80 on craigslist but the guy said he can be negotiated with since all he's looking to do is get some money for a new HDD so I'm gonna try to haggle him down a little bit to save some moola.
