Question best performance 360mm aio

im planning to get a 360mm aio for when ryzen 3000 series releases for my next pc build, and im going to be getting me some good noctua fans to put in push pull, now i just need to decide what kind of 360mm aio im getting. im just looking for performance, i dont really care about noise, current pc sounds like a jet engine it doesnt bother me. cost isnt really a concern either because on newegg most good 360mm aios seem to cost around the same amount (im willing to pay a couple of extra bucks for a few degrees improvment).

You may not need a 360mm cooler unless going to 16 core Ryzen. CM Nepton 140XL is doing more than good job with my Ryzen 2700x overclocked to it's maximum. At auto settings it never reaches 60c.
