Best performance

Do any one know how to get fast performance from below configured system without over clocking as this works very slow even compared with my old core 2 duo system


1. CPU core i7 860 2.8
2.M/B ausus p7p55d-Deluxe
3.G/Card. NVIDIA XFX GEFORCE 9800+ plus
4.Ram ocz DDr3 1600 xmp edition
5 HD 500 gb 32 mb cache
6. 700 w pro mod poweer supply
7.Monitor AOC 2434pw HD 24"


I tried in bios but failed. please tell me in detail how to get best performance as i am fed up with this brand new system

It looks a good rig to me,what programs have you tested that you say its underperforming ?
