Best place to buy i7- 4790k?

Hello, im looking to buy an i7- 4790k. All the stores that still has this CPU in stock in Norway are either overpriced or has VERY bad user ratings. That leaves me with one option, buy one from a international seller that ships to Norway. Does anyone know about a online store who sells this CPU and ships to Norway?
