best possible gaming pc under $650

Looking to build a gaming rig and i'd like to know what the best parts i could buy at my budget.
Notes
-I can go up to $700
-Preferably, this case is included.http:// It's fine if it isn't included but I like the green/black color scheme.
-I want to be able to run BF4 and Minecraft at around 45-60 fps.
-I'd like to be install Windows 7 and some small programs on an SSD. (Not needed but preferred.)
-I need a keyboard.
-I have an OS.
