best possible gaming/ programming pc

Looking for the best possible gaming/ programming pc for around $800 looking to use duel monitors (hopefully) and be able to make trainers for games like bf4 and such and not lag just want a great smooth running pc for my first build the help would be greatly appreciated keyboard mouse monitors : do not include in overall price will look for them later separate

How much FPS are you planning to play at..? You probably won't be able to get very high FPS with that amount if The Witcher is any example of current gen gaming, and you plan to play games at ultra.. If you keep things to 1080p, and get a low/midrange [$300-350] GPU, you may be able to get some games to run decently, but we won't know until the new games start coming out what the trend for the next gen is.
