Best Possible GPU under 350?

What gpu will give me the best performance for under $400 ($350 if possible?)

16gb ddr4 ram
H110m gaming mobo

You can find the GTX1070 for under $400, but not $350. The GTX1060 is probably best under $350 but it costs $250-270

Agreed, a 6GB 1060 is your best bet.
Sure you can get a top of the line one for $350, but you really don't need to spend more than $270 for a great model.
