Best possible PC for 800? (Canada)

Hey guys,

I'm looking to build the best PC as possible for around $800 CAD. I'm asking for money for Christmas, and I don't know how much I'm going to get, so I'm ballparking a little bit.

It will be used for gaming (GTA V, Overwatch, BO3, CS:GO, Rocket League, Mafia 3...) at 900p, though I may upgrade to 1080p. Hopefully expecting 60fps, but 40 or 50 is playable too.

Yeah looks alright. I wonder if you'd be able to get a more powerful graphics card or CPU buying used? Have you explored this option? (eBay, amazon used...)
