Best possible Setup for 2 SSDs and HDD

I have a Samsung 250GB SSD, a 64GB Sandisk SSD, and a 500GB HDD and a Gigabyte Z87 board.

I originally had a 64GB SSD and 500 in an OS + Mass Storage setup but I ran out of space on my SSD so I decided it was time for an upgrade.

1. If I wipe both drives to make them like new, what is the best possible set up for the 3 Drives?

2. Can I install the OS on the 250GB and cache the HDD with the other SSD?

3. Can I cache the SSD?

use 250 gb for boot and buy an external case and you can use it as an external drive

If you wipe them you can use one SSD for boot and the HDD for secondary storage. As for the second SSD, it's really up to you, you can use it for small programs, I guess, or put it in an enclosure as it had been already suggested.

2. Can I install the OS on the 250GB and cache the HDD with the other SSD?
There's no advantage to the caching of the HDD, actually nobody does it. A cached HDD setup speeds up the system by having the most used programs present in the cache but it really doesn't speed things up that much. Besides, you can't have an SSD boot drive and SSD caching the HDD. Long story short - there is no point in caching a data drive.

3. Can I cache the SSD?
Again, there would be no point in doing this since both drives are SSDs and they both operate at high speed.
Let's say that if you were to have two HDDs (1 for boot and 1 for storage), then the SSD caching would definitely add value to the setup. But in your case, I guess your smaller SSD would be left out or used for small programs that don't require big storage capacity or a small external drive (put in an enclosure) on which you can store small files.
