I always recommend the Corsair RM650x or RM850x depending on your future growth plans.

Also some good Seasonic Gold and Platinum rated supplies that are sometimes on sale for $100.

EVGA G3 a good pick.
I currently have a EVGA 600B (600 Watts) and not sure if this PSU is healthy power supply with Geforce RTX 2070 Super.

600B is okay quality wise, I really wouldn't want to put such an expensive system on it. Particularly if this is to be used for long gaming sessions. Bronze supplies aren't terrifically efficient and warm up quite a bit more.

Seasonic FOCUS 650 Gold
650W 80+ Gold
Semi-Modular
7 Year Warranty
$79 at Amazon

There are some other options out there, but this seems to have a pretty good price.
As with all focus units, amazing quality, and warranty.

You could buy a Corsair CX650 for about $67. It is decent quality so it could power a 2070 super, but it's really best used in entry-level or mid range builds.

One of these two.

The Corsair TXM series are also a very good option.

The Corsair TX750M is four dollars more over your budget, but they have all 100% Japanese capacitors. They also have a 7 year warranty.

NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 Super just released, but i really see no alarming differences in this GPU unless they are planning to really change status of RTX 2080 to end of life already.

Its not worth the extra money.
I actually deciding which GPU to pick for 144HZ Gaming at 1080p. I currently have a EVGA 600B (600 Watts) and not sure if the Power Supply is a healthy power supply with Geforce RTX 2060/2070 Super. What best PSU for 2060 Super and 2070 Super under $100?

I believe JonnyGuru said this is VS based awhile back. Not ideal for a 2070 super to say the least.

Good quality unit.
Or to reiterate myself about a good unit for a bit less than the 750
Basically,
If i went for RTX 2060 Super i would get that SeaSonic 650W
If i went for RTX 2070 Super i would get that SeaSonic 750W

It may. There is no definite answer, but is it really worth risking the rest of your system on a low-end PSU?

The 600B is VS based and just not a good unit for a system with an RTX card. The 600b is fine with a GTX1050ti, but I personally wouldn't run any RTX card on it. Too much risk.
