a Z series board on a non overclockable chip is a waste.

A cx550m or rm550i would be best (from corsair, which i'm kind of partial to) 550watts is all you need, but you should get atleast a B tier unit, like the cx, or higher like the rm i

As for case
I usually just say, go for what looks good, and has all the features you want
(also powersupply at the bottom, and removeable, non breakable pcie slot covers. I'm looking at you antec.)
