Best power supply for $50?

Building a moderate gaming computer, gtx 760, probably not doing SLI or overclocking. What's the best I can do with $50 that is

- 400w or above
- haswell ready

GTX 760 requires a 500W PSU with at least 30A on the 12V rail.

I thought 500w was just the official line so that people don't buy crap PSUs then wonder why it doesn't work.

Also, I have doubts that the CX500/600 is haswell ready, despite what it says.

"probably not doing SLI" - you will need more than $50 for a PSU that can support SLI. Now would be a good time to decide if you will do SLI or not. If you want the ability to add a second GTX 760, you will need a 700W PSU.

I don't have any plans to do SLI for the time being so we can leave that out.

I don't really trust any PSU under $50, myself. We can't recommend Seasonic with that budget, you know...
