Want to buy a pre-built gaming pc with 1440p at 144hz that can go to 4k at 60hz but want to know the best for a budget of 7k and under. Have looked at a few like the Alienware Aroura, MSI Trident and Predator Orion but would like to know about other ones that may be better or cheaper and the same as the ones listed above. Doesn't have to do 4k.

Order the parts and get it built by a professional store for a small fee. It will be way better and cheaper than any prebuilt...

That is quite a good build 👌. Do you put the parts in or do you generate one, always picked parts myself but never built one or used that kind of site. Do you mind if I use your build

That website is meant for choosing the right parts for your PC build among plethora of part choices. It also has the prices and source listed so that you can order them instantly. You need to have the knowledge about each and every part though. The build above is customized and made specifically for you with all high quality components, so of course you can use it.
