Am looking for a prebuilt pc under 375$ for someone. Just casual use, no gaming.

Decent memory, (has alot of files/photos to hold)
Possibly something that can be upgraded if needed but not necessary (mainly talking memory)
Doesnt need an SSD, HDD is just fine.

I'd probably check your local Best Buy for PCs.
Filter for the following:

Price - Max $375
Condition - New
Operating System - Windows

My local Best Buy has this Lenovo 510A for around $370 or perhaps this Acer Aspire TC-281-UR13 from Newegg for the same price.

Honestly for the money, look at a refurbished Dell optiplex system with an i7 that companies get rid of.

Thing about something like that, yes it's used, but I can tell you at work, when we pull these systems from service, it's not usually because they don't work any longer, it's usually because its time to upgrade.

However, a system like that, with an i7 should be good for your needs for quite a while. Plus these business class systems are usually built for reliability.

I have one at home in my wife's office that I purchased from my work. I think the system was originally from about 2013, but I put a 500gb ssd drive in it. Hers only has 8gb of ram. Though I have 8 more to install in it. But with the ssd installed, that system flies even with only 8gb of ram.

You can look and find cheaper versions of that system as well, I just picked one that looks decent. In any event, whichever solution you go with, I'd suggest signing up for Dropbox to sync your photos and important documents to.
