Question Best "Pressure Air Blowers" (on a budget)

I have a desktop PC (ATX) and Gaming Laptop (17") both which to some extent use air cooling however dust builds up slightly decreasing the cooling performance of cooling components in any PC if its a desktop or laptop.
I looked into a few recommended pressure air blowers (not vacuums) however the few that were recommended were around £90+
like this one...
Whilst I am willing to spend that much if thats how much I need to spend to get one that is good quality are there any others anyone would recommend?

The plug in types will give stronger airflow than the rechargeable types.
When using, do immobilize the fan blades so they do not spin up past their damage point.

I just use the shop vac I already have. It'll blow air just as good as it sucks it.

For heatsinks n such compressed air in a can works well.

I use a cheap electric leaf blower with variable speed.

I think the item @geofelt linked seems pretty decent. Shop vac idea by @Math Geek as well.
