Fastest-to-slowest: R9 280, R9 270X, R9 270, GTX750Ti, GTX750.
Be aware the two fastest R9 2XX cards need a good quality, 500 Watt MINIMUM power supply with dual PCI-E 6+2 leads to run, while most versions of the GTX750/750Ti need no power lead at all and will run happily off even a very low output power supply. Staying under budget we have: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r9270dc2oc2gd5 it's not as fast as the 'X' version (which uses a different core chip) but only needs a single 6 pin PCI-E power lead.
