Best price to performance to wattage PSU

I would like it to be fully modular but i am alright with semi-modular as long as i dont have a huge mess of cables and the cables can reach everything in a HAF X. Also I am trying to upgrade my system and it will have a gtx 580, 16gb of ram and an overclocked Phenom II x6 1055t but i may upgrade that in the future also. Do you have any suggestions of what I should get out of these choices? Or do you have any better choices? Please help.

The Corsair AX is the best one the HX is getting old and CM has a bad track record although those got good reviews.

I would go with the Corsair AX.
