Yep. I think part of it is that even though Ryzen 3000 and 4000 moile chips are dominating, OEMs just don't use them or whatever. There are very few non budget laptops that use AMD.

In my opinion, this is the best laptop deal going : Newegg - MSI GL75

That has a 17-inch display, Intel 10750H, 16 GB RAM, 2070 video, 512GB SSD, 1TB HD, and it weighs about five pounds.
