Question Best private file manager for IOS to connect to PC

Hey all.
I am hoping to connect to my PC with my iphone to store pictures on the PC. I also want to transfer FLAC files to the Iphone. Any reccommendations for a file manager? My main issue is I dont want to store anything on the cloud. I was hoping for a USB based file manager that could transfer them through the cable, but since most connect to the cloud it makes me a bit nervous. Its mostly just landscape pictures but still its a privacy issue. Thanks all.

iTunes for Windows will let you download photos off the phone locally. I am not sure you can get "file manager" in the broader term on standard (non-jail-broken) iOS device.

Hey thanks for the response Ala. so thanks for the insight, I’m still working with iTunes for the photos. However to download songs to the phone there are file managers which have an explorer to see files on your computer. I would use iTunes but they are FLAC music files not mp3s. My concern is that most of these connect to the cloud and I just don’t want all my stuff out there... One for example is Readle Documents.
