Best processor between these for a laptop?

Hello,
I wanna buy a good and cheap laptop, The only option I have is the Lenovo Flex 2 15D.
But it has an AMD Dual-Core Processor E1-6010 (1.35GHz, 1MB Cache), Which is not good for me, I'm gonna be using it for song making and stuff with FL Studio and Ableton Live..

whats the best cpu under 65 dollars can I get with my laptop?

Sorry to say,but you cant upgrade your cpu since its soldered to the motherboard.You can try to use an ssd to have some speed on your system,but even then your cpu will hold you even in light tasks.

But do you think it will run a real-time audio application like the Ableton live 9?

Yes, it will run..
But do not expect it to run butter smooth.
There might be some noticable hitches as it is not among the better processors around.
Performance will be similar to a 3rd gen i3 processor ( laptop version )
