Best Processor for a Pegatron Motherboard

I currently have a Pegatron 2A84h motherboard with a 775 Lga socket size. What is the best processor that I could get that would be compatible with the things I listed.

Probably no socket 775 processors are available new so you will be buying a used quadcore
