I am planning to upgrade my old pc to a better one after one year.So which processor should i choose for gaming-intel or amd? Also mention the model .Just keep in mind that i will be changing the processor after one year so the current prices would get lower. My budget is below Rs 15000.

I think I am right that the next generation of both AMD and Intel CPU's will be on different sockets. So unless you buy a really low end CPU now any future upgrade without changing the motherboard is going to be to a CPU from the same generation which seems horribly expensive for the gain you might see. I think you will be better off saving more and getting a decent cpu now which will last a few years, why plan to buy twice.

I'd recommend an i5 but below Rs 15000??

No, or do you plan to game without a GPU?
Because if yes you should consider an AMD A10 or A8 because Intel integrated graphics are not good, the APUs will give you more value for the money (without a graphics card)...

Or get the i3 4150 or better + R7 260X or maybe 250X something like that.

The issue with the current AMD motherboards is that there's no CPU upgrade path so you'll have to swap it (you could sell as used item) in your next upgrade.
With Intel H97 you'll be able to upgrade from Haswell to Broadwell processors even to i7s in any of the two gens...

Your choice. :)

You didn't include the motherboard, a PSU, RAM, etc, in that budget right?
