Best program to monitor cpu clock speeds in game?

So I run MSI afterburner which is great for cpu usage gpu usage ram usage, ect. But I was wondering if there was a program that can show me my cpu clock speeds while in game. My specs are i7 6700k rx 480 16 gigs of ram. If any one can help thank you.

I use task manager, but that is because I have a second monitor that I can throw all my usage tools up on.
