Best programs for wiping HDD?

Hello. I am looking for a program that can clean my HDD. I still want to keep the OEM Partitions and whatnot, so I don't want a full nuke program. I also would like it to be by bootable USB, thanks,

You can't have it both ways.
You can't wipe the drive and keep part of it.

Now...what are you actually wanting to do, and why?
