Hello, I am looking for a decent projector for under $300. I don't know much about projectors so I need some help. I want it to have a...

-Minimum of a 1000:1 contrast ratio (Preferably 2000:1 or higher)
-Decent colors
-Minimum of 720p
-60hz Refresh Rate
-Above 2000 lumens
-Quietish fans

Thank you for your suggestions

That's up to you, but for anyone else reading, know that $300 is not a valid price point for an HD projector. Just like you can get crap monitors for <$100, you can get crap projectors for that price, but be warned that they will be less stable and perform a hell of a lot worse. $550-750 is the decent price point, most projectors in that range are efficient (lower noise), usually 60Hz-120Hz, and generally 1080p with >1000:1 contrast and >3000 lumen.
No.

You're asking far too much for that price. Raise the price to ~$1000 (including screen) and you might be able to get something, but for $300 WITHOUT a screen you won't get 720p60 or 2k lumen.

Here's one that would work decently:

And if you're really cheap about screens (almost as important as the projector after all):

Total is ~$700

Like I said, $300 is TOO LOW FOR YOUR DESIRED SPECS. You can get cheap chinese boarderline units like that, but they doesn't actually match all of your requirements (check the reviews, it's not really 60Hz, not really the 2800 lumen it claims, horrible color rendition and brightness issues, etc). Spend ~550 and you can get some that actually meet (and exceed) your requirements.

The thing is that I actually own this projector and It is bright and has decent colors. I have been playing PS4 and PC games on this projector and I can tell you it is in fact 60hz. Reviews aren't as reliable as actaully owning the projector. I'm in college so I have a tight budget. So I can't afford the extra money it will take to buy the thing your recommending me.
