Best psu 35$ or less

I'm done with my pc build and I got some crummy China 500w psu that random turns off so I'm wondering what the best psu you can get for 35$. I don't care if it's name brand I just want one that legitimately works and has to be at least 400w. My system specs are:
Fx 8150
Msi hd 6670 1gb gddr5
16gb ballistix sport ram
500gb hybrid

If that helps any lol.
Please tell me what you come up with.

There is nothing very good for that price, you may be able to get a Corsair CX for about that much after rebates. As already stated, it's very difficult to find a decent PSU under $35. Of the options above, the Seasonic is notably better than the CX430. The CX450m is closer to the Seasonic in quality than it is to the CX430.

If the options in HT9's post are not cheap enough, you could get a decent PSU for less by going through the tier 3 section of the PSU tier list and looking at the rebates and sales for each model. The list is found here:

It's more work and pretty time consuming, but if you're on a very tight budget, it may be your best bet.
