best PSU AND GRAPHIC card

so could you help me on two things : PSU AND GPU

that would be best possible for my config :

CPU -------------------- AMD FX 6300 BLACKEDITION

MOTHERBOARD-----ASUS M5A97 R 2.0

RAM -----------------KINGSTON HYPER BLU @1600 MHZ 8GB

CABINET --------CM 912 HAF SERIES

PSU LOCAL RT NOW @650 WATTS

AND GPU I AM LOOKING ARE ZOTAC NVIDIA 650TI AMP OR SAPPHIRE HD 7870

PLZ DO HELP ....I AM VERY MUCH CONFUSED ..OR SUGGEST ANY OTHER ????????????

my buget would be around $300

Either get 650 To boost card or 7870 (I like the 7870 from gigabyte over that nvidia card)
PSU idk...that's a part I struggle with myself since it's something you don't ever wanna sell out on..but I would highly suggest saving up another 1-200 if you want a slightly better build

i am from india and i am getting seasonic s12ii 620 watts @ 5500rs /$85
would that be good or sholud i go higher with corsair tx 750 watts which is around $100
also i wont be adding another card with it only single gpu and will be playing on sony bravia 32 inches ....

plz suggest
