Looking to upgrade my emachines PSU and graphics card, currently have 300w PSU and integrated Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE, currently using AMD Athlon II 235e 2.70 GHz. Looking to play dota2 and smite mostly

few bucks less for this xfx model and 50 extra watts. still good quality unit.

but the 950 is about what you're looking at for that budget. good card that gives most of the 960 performance for a lot less cash.
do you have a budget in mind? you can upgrade to anything you want really and only limited by your budget. i'd suggest something like a gtx 960 since your cpu is so weak. anything more and you won't get the full benefit of it due to being held back by the cpu.

you could do a 960 and a new psu for probably about $250 or so. you can go for more if you plan on upgrading in the future and then you won't have to replace those parts. but if you won't be getting a new cpu and such within a year it would not be worth it to go for more.
 
Should have mentioned my budget, trying to keep it on the low end of price, like around 150-200 for both psu and card, any suggestions that are compatible with my computer for that?
