I'm planning to build a gaming pc; I have all my components sorted (ryzen 5 1600, gtx 1070, 8gb ram) however I am a little unsure about the psu. I have found:

Corsair tx650m £70.98 (the 550w is 67.70, may as well get the 650w) https://www.ebuyer.com/782057-corsair-650w-tx650m-gold-hybid-modular-power-supply-psu-cp-9020132-uk

Evga 750gq £67.98 EVGA 750 GQ, 80+ GOLD 750W, Semi Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, 5 Year Warranty, Power Supply 210-GQ-0750-V3 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B017RO39TK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_w0RgAb04FZXDF

Seasonic m12ii-520 evo £59.99 https://www.scan.co.uk/products/520w-seasonic-m1211-520-evo-full-modular-80-plus-bronze-atx-psu?utm_source=pc%20part%20picker&utm_medium=referral

Be quiet pure power 10, bn277 - £59.95 https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Modular+650W+or+less/be+quiet+500W+Pure+Power+10+CM+Semi+Modular+PSU?productId=67201&utm_source=uk.pcpartpicker.com&utm_medium=referral

And bequiet pure power 10 bn274 £63.95 -
https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Non-Modular+650W+or+less/600W+-+be+quiet+Pure+Power+10+Silver+PSU%2FPower+Supply?productId=67198&utm_source=uk.pcpartpicker.com&utm_medium=referral
Though I don't know why the 274 is more expensive than the 277 because it seems to be the same psu but just not semi modular

Which out of these PSUs is the best? Or is there any other psu between £60-70 (£70 is max, cant go much over) that is a better choice. I looked at the psu tier list here and on ltt but there were some contradictions for example the seasonic m12ii evo is tier two here but on ltt it is tier 4 because it is a group regulated unit. Also I couldn't find the Corsair txm on this list but on ltt it lists a 2017 txm to be tier one (not sure of the txm psu I listed was a 2017 one). Also I do want semi or full modular psu.

I recommended you to buy a PSU around 500W if you are not using a heavy graphic card and if you are a big gamer and you want to install a powerful graphic card in future then i recommended you to buy a PSU according to your future planes. But remember one thing when you buy a new PSU buy a 80 Plus rating PSU.Like Cool Master MWE 450-Watt or Antec True Power 750W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply Unit

This would be a great choice here:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020133-UK-TX550M-Power-Supply/dp/B06WW8G3S8/ref=sr_1_46?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1511712986&sr=1-46&refinements=p_89%3ACorsair

Corsair TX550M, very solid unit, that or the TX650M.
