Question Best PSU below 100$

I want the "evga gq 750w "but i saw on some post this psu is equivalent a 550w good quality psu and i saw the "EVGA g3 650w but i saw a lot of posts about issue's from this PSU.

So i want the best PSU below 100$, 600w or greater if is possible.

SeaSonic PRIME is probably the best of these three. But all are excellent.
