Best psu for my build

Solution
This should be close to the same price increased the SSD to 250GB, a lot better video card GTX 970.
After installing the operating system run this program on the SSD.
Samsung SSD 840 EVO Performance Restoration Software from this page. http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/global/html/support/downloads.html
Really a good price on this motherboard and processor not offered from partspicker.

Here is the rest http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VcXfkL
Really no reason to get 16GB of memory for gaming right now nothing uses close to 8GB
I changed some vendors to make sure the product was in stock!

Depending on what the PC will be used for that's a very bad build ( don't take that the wrong way)
Do you really need this? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002DHLVII/?tag=pcpapi-20
The onboard sound is just as good as a cheap sound card.
To answer your question this one is high quality and has plenty of power allowing for upgrades.

You could save a lot of money is some places and get better performance like saving on the overpriced ROG motherboard not even something I would consider buying when the money could be put into the performance of the PC.

well the os I already got that I just put the windows 7 pro there for no reason really and what should I change the sound card and motherboard to if you have any suggestions

A gtx760 only needs a 500w psu.
The cx600 you selected would work.
But, I might buy a different psu.
1. the cx line is not considered as high quality. Tier 3 on this list:
https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true
Buy tier 1 or 2. Seasonic, xfx and antec for starters.

2. Your cpu can drive a much stronger graphics card. I would look at 650w or 750w to allow for that.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

I like the rest of the build except:

Do you really need some feature of full retail windows 7 professional?
Home premium will do for most.
And retail is nice in that it can be transferred, but you can buy 4 copies of home premium oem for that.
It looks like windows 10 will be a nice and possibly free upgrade that will do what w7-pro will do.

I think 120gb is a bit small today and will fill up quickly. Look for 240gb.
Prices for 500gb are so attractive that I might omit the hard drive entirely. You can always add one later.

yeah

The motherboard already has good HD sound, no need for a discrete sound card.
If you have high end speakers, test out the included sound first.
You can always add a sound card later. And for something better than integrated, you are looking at a much pricier card.

Your case comes with enough fans already.
See how well you do with them first, you can always do something with them later. Adding fans will add to noise.

I see you monitor as not appropriate to a build such as this.
Bust your budget for a great monitor, you will be looking at it for a long time/
For quality, look for a 24" ips monitor.
If your gaming is fast action, look for a 24" tn type panel.

Personally, I would buy a 27" 2560 x 1440 QNIX monitor for about $300
