my options are:

1. CM MasterWatt 750 80+ Bronze Modular - cheapest
2. CM MWE Gold 650 80+ modular - same price as #3

3.ANTEC EA650G PRO 80+ Gold modular - same price as #2
4. ANTEC EA750G PRO 80+ Gold modular - most expensive

is 650W gold will be enough?

the Antec is the best from this list. 650W are easily enough and way more than you need. this system would run flawlessly on a 550W PSU or even a dacent 450W PSU.
