Best psu for the money

hey what psu is better and why?

Sea Sonic S12II-620Bronze 65,-
XFX Pro550 core edition 57,-
corsair cx600 60,-
corsair cx600m 65,-
or something else for the same money?

The seasonic one listed is the best of that lineup. I wouldn't grab a cx series psu, they are fine but a little over rated in terms of actual output, build quality is decent though. I have no knowledge of the xfx pro550.

sea sonic is a 220volt and the xfx is 100-240v does that matter?

All of XFX's power supplies are made by Seasonic.

The Seasonic S12II-620 Bronze has an AC input voltage range of 100~240V, 50/60Hz.

The XFX like all XFX units is made by Seasonic. In fact it's the same as the Seasonic S12 II internally. The Corsair CX is a pretty big step down in quality.

That is input voltage from the wall. The Seasonic units sold in the US are 100-240v. Where are you? It may just be labeled wrong on the website you are looking at as well. I don't believe they make region specific units.

I think it is labeled wrong on the site, I live in the netherlands. The sea sonic website also says 120-240. Is the xfx pro 550 a xfx relabeled Sea Sonic S12II-520Bronze?

The Seasonic ECO Series are fixed voltage 200-240V AC input and are only sold in some limited parts of the world.

It would be a slightly modified version of the Seasonic S12II-520Bronze. The external PSU shell is of course customized to XFX's specifications.

It'll give you a little more headroom if you are planning on overclocking the CPU and/or GPU so go for it.
