The seasonic one listed is the best of that lineup. I wouldn't grab a cx series psu, they are fine but a little over rated in terms of actual output, build quality is decent though. I have no knowledge of the xfx pro550.
The XFX like all XFX units is made by Seasonic. In fact it's the same as the Seasonic S12 II internally. The Corsair CX is a pretty big step down in quality.
sea sonic is a 220volt and the xfx is 100-240v does that matter?
That is input voltage from the wall. The Seasonic units sold in the US are 100-240v. Where are you? It may just be labeled wrong on the website you are looking at as well. I don't believe they make region specific units.

It would be a slightly modified version of the Seasonic S12II-520Bronze. The external PSU shell is of course customized to XFX's specifications.
