Best PSU for this build

I'm currently building a gamming pc, specs below, some guy recommended me the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500W but I believe that one was a crappy psu... any suggestions?
btw, any comments and suggestions on the build are also welcome

PS: im running low on budget

Cpu Intel i5 3570k
Motherboard - Asrock Z77 Pro 3

RAM - Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600

MSI AMD Radeon HD 7870, 2GB GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card R7870-2GD5T/OC

Seagate Barracuda 3 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 7200 RPM 3.5-Inch

Optical drive - Samsung DVD RW

Solid-state drive - Crucial M4 128GB

CPU cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Sound card - Creative Sound Blaster Titanium HD

Onus has nailed it; if your budget can do it go the haswell route, and skip the sound card for now.
Also, you might be able to save a little money by going with a 2TB drive instead of 3: Windows 7 64 bit will easily recognize a 2TB drive, but you have to do some tweaks to get all of the 3TB drive recognized and usable.
YOu did NOT mention your power supply.
This is not something to save money on, as you seem to realize. An XFX , Seasonic, Corsair would be ideal.

1st is a Seasonic, 2d is a Corsair.
^that is a Seasonic-built unit, and very good.
You can probably safely omit the sound card, particularly if your budget is tight.
You might look into a Haswell CPU on a Z87 board; most of them have the newer 1150 Codec, for s/n ratios better than 100dBA (considered good enough for pro-level work).
