Best PSU For This build ?

I'm still new when it comes to power supplies, most tell me you need a 700-800W PSU for this build but i think it is too much. i checked PSU calculator and i got a 470W on full load with overclocked GPU AND CPU, 3 ssds and 1 hdd with plugged in usb 3.0 devices.
and what do you recommend rating wise, bronze, gold,...
Is semi modular good enough ?

Case: NZXT Noctis 450 Black Red
Mobo: Asrock Z370 Extreme 4
CPU: Intel i7 8700K
Cooler: Msi Frozer L
RAM: HyperX 16GB DDR4 RAM 2666mhz
SSD: Kingston 480GB
HDD: 1TB
GPU: Nvdia GTX 1080 Msi Gaming X
Note: that i might add more ssds and RAM at a later date.

My top three recommendations

Corsair RM650x or higher
EVGA 650 G2 (or G3 if you must) or higher
SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 650 or higher

You don't need 750W unless you SLI, but then I'd go 850W just to be comfortable. You could even get by with 550W with one of the above PSUs.

I just finished reading the rest of your post. Semi-modular is enough if it's okay with you. Corsair TXm Gold or Seasonic FOCUS (Not Plus) Gold are great quality for a lesser price being semi-modular.

There are some good bronze units, but good ones like EVGA B2 costs as much as newer gold units. SeaSonic S and M12II 620W is good, but it lacks over current protection/OCP from what I understand.
