I'm getting a budget for this PC to use with my Rx 570.

MICRO AMD RYZEN-5 3600 MOTHER ASROCK AM4-B450M/HDV R4.0 MEMORIA CORSAIR DDR4 16GB-3000MHZ 2x8 FUENTE THERMALTAKE SMART WHITE-500w GABINETE SENTEY Z20-LITE S/FTE

I want to pick the best one in the store. I need to get everthing in the same store so they build it for me and get the bios updated. I want to know if that PSU it the best they have

None are stellar but the Thermaltake Smart RGB looks to be the best of the lot. It's got Japanese caps, ripple is within spec and handled a +30% load beyond specs in the over power protection test. Should be fine for a budget build.

It's not a question of budget, it's a question of availability and stock. They have those and are the only store with R5-3600 in my region. This Covid situation really hampered everything. I don't know how to build the PC myself so I need them to update the 450 bios and build it for me. I may change the PSU later by myself or with a friend, but I need the PC to stay alive for 6 months or whatever it takes to things go back to normal.

Thanks! I'll wait more answers

I read the hierarchy April 2020 thread, but they are all called so similar.

It should be fine. The PSU isn't garbage. It does well enough in the review. It's just a decent budget PSU. It won't offer the level of protection and reliability of a premium unit. I'd comfortable use it in a mid range system like you are building.

In the budget list they offered me (in my OP), they included THERMALTAKE SMART WHITE-500w , should I ask for a new budget with the Thermaltake Smart RGB instead? gosh they are called all the same for me. Thanks! =)

Are they these ones ?

Because they go in 550, 650, 750 watts and my available thermaltake are 500 watts.
