Best PSU Under $100 US

Looking for a the best PSU I can get for under $100.

It's going in my current system, but I want to be able to use it in my next system that I will be building in the next year or so.

Requirements:
Full modular
Gold+ rating or better
Capable of handling at least a Ryzen 7 2700x and a RTX 2080.
Must be able to buy it on a site that allows PayPal payment.

And this will be more than enough for the Ryzen cpu and the 2080?

I just want to make sure I am going to be able to power whatever I get in the future.

Unless you're overclocking either or both your CPU and GPU, 650W will definitely suffice.

It's very good too , I like the FULL Modular Seasonic , but the EVGA G3 is very good. Both are winners.

Awesome, I will look at both and see which one fits my style and which reviews seem better.

Tbh, style doesn't matter, as I am probably gonna get custom cables and the case will most likely have a shroud...lol.
