Best PSU under $75, modular.

So I was planning to build a budget build for a relative. He wanted to have a PSU with modular PSU cables. I've done research online but didn't seem to help.
He said:"get the ones with black cables thingy, will you?"- Exactly what he said.
Well, suggest me something good under $75 then. Thanks for your help!

One of the best ones you can get in that price range is probably the Seasonic Bronze 620 watt power supply one (in my opinion) for $66 through NewEgg (in stock) or $60 through Amazon (not in stock right now):

My favorite series by far is the new EVGA G3 series, though, and that is $80 for the 550 watt Gold edition:

To be fair, either unit should last at least ten years, though :)
