I want the best or good PSU under $80. I had many picks I thought were good but then I read someone say they suck. Everyone someone said they suck. My top choice right now is the Corsair CXM series 550 watt. Does it have Japanese caps? I really am new to this stuff please help me make a good choice.

the power supply will fit inside the case, but the power supply CAN NOT connect to the computer without a power port adapter.

Standard ATX, like all the PSU units we have been discussing all have a 24 pin power cable for the motherboard, and likewise standard ATX motherboards have a 20 or 24pin port that will accept the plug.
the motherboard in your server is not standard. the 24 pin plug all these power supplies will not fit into the power port on the motherboard.

not an endorsement example only shop around. You can see the second picture is the power plug in your pc, the third is a standard ATX.

the red circle is the small power cable
the green is where you can see the pins where a standard 24pin would be

they shouldn't. the motherboard is simply not using some of the cords, it does not need them and it was cheaper for dell to omit them.

from what I can tell the motherboard is not using any 12V or 3.3V power, those are the omitted lines.
the video card will need the 12V power, and the CPU is getting power from the AUX power 4 pin.
