Best PSU

Hi,
A friend is building a monstrous workstation PC dual-processors. He asked me a for the PSU. I suggest him the Antec True550EPS12V. After looking at the specs, he wants more. He's willing to pay 300$ to 400$ dollars. Any suggestion?
Also do you have suggestion for a case that can hold 6 hard disks under good cooling performance?
As you can see, price seems not to be an issue. Some people are lucky!
