Best Quiet Fans for H110

Hi, I've recently purchased an H110 and have fitted it however the stock fans that come with it are a bit too noisy even on low rpm to me(they have a sort of buzz), So i'm looking for a recommendation on what fans I should buy to replace the stock fans, I'm looking for a fan that is quiet around 18 - 25ish dB with some good static pressure that's either better than the default stock fans or around the same.

You definitely will not get a fan that is quieter and performs better or even the same. You will be losing a few degrees of cooling power for quieter fans. Just how it works. This is the issue with AIO coolers. They are much louder than people think. By the time you have spent $30-50 on new fans, you will have a somewhat quiet $140 cooler that will not cool better or be as quiet as a $75 air cooler.

In my opinion, if you want quiet, sell the H100i and but a Noctua NH-D15 or a Phanteks tc14. Both are ALOT quieter and perform the same or better than the H100i for less money.

That is not an option though, I've already had a Noctua NH D14 for 3 years and it has done a good job however it did have a problem with noise, I have fitted the H110(Not the H100i) and looking for good pressure fan, I keep seeing Noctua NF14 being mentioned however they are a little out of my budget, what other makes are there?, I've come across Akasa but its mixed reviews noise wise.
