Best QUIET RED LED Fans 120mm

Hi guys, so this is my PC,

So i need help.

I want tob uy 3 fans in total, but i want all of them to be really quiet!!! I want to buY 1 RED LED 120mm, cheapest and quiet one,

my budget for 3 fans is 30$.

The other two fans dont have to be LED, as long as its really QUIET, and its black or red.

i own the blue version... it makes a really good effect in the front fan slot...
if you want really really good fans i dont think 30$ is enough... maybe 35

you could buy 2 of these... 18$+12=30$ there you go
i have never used nzxt fans but i think they are just as quite as enermax's (in performance they are good but idk about the sound)... if you can increase the budget for at least 5 more dollars all the enermax silence serie (the pwn version) are really silence and pushes a nice amount of air (i own them plus the fixed rpm version... no sound at all) sadly they do not come with the anti vibration screws, it could be loudy depending the case... you can get some antivibration screws for about 3-6 dollars

2 quite fans... they have a good CFM rate and they are really silence (is one of the models i own)
